His work has included senior reliability engineering roles and the delivery of reliability improvement programs, failure investigations, maintenance strategy development and engineering reviews.

This practical, hands-on experience in asset-intensive industries provides a strong foundation for the way Luke teaches and applies root cause analysis and reliability engineering in real operational settings.

Luke has been using and facilitating Apollo Root Cause Analysis for over a decade. He has led numerous investigations, developed cause-and-effect charts, coached engineers and operational teams, and reviewed investigations across a range of industries and asset types.

His approach combines RCA with his reliability engineering background, helping ensure investigations are technically sound, evidence-based and focused on practical, sustainable solutions.

Luke also trains engineers, maintenance professionals, operational leaders and other technical personnel in the Apollo RCA methodology and the use of RC Pro software.
